Services Provided
360 Mobile Notary, LLC provides mobile notary and notary signing services throughout the Houston area. Our services include the witnessing and notarization of legal documents as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse service for any document or request that does not comply with applicable notarial laws or our company policies.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By scheduling an appointment, you affirm that the information provided is accurate and that the document(s) to be notarized comply with all relevant laws.
Appointment and Fees
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. Service fees are due at the time of the appointment, and we accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards through PayPal and Square. Any additional fees, such as travel fees, will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the event of service cancellation, excluding any travel fees or other costs already incurred.
Limitation of Liability
Our notary services are conducted with professionalism and in accordance with applicable laws. However, 360 Mobile Notary, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, delays, or legal consequences resulting from the notarized documents. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of documents prior to notarization.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
